You do not understand me :) I did the translation program module and Russian language version 9.1.1.6 comes along with the program. But this innovation is silent in the list of changes :(

You can volunteer to make a Russian translation, or just add your vote of support for the idea of one, by writing to GPSoftware:

Each translation adds extra overheads/complexity to Opus releases, though, so GPSoftware may not want to add a language if they don't think it will result in many more sales. It can't hurt to ask, though.
